1. Service Definition

SafeMind is a social initiative whose purpose is to provide users with a positive, supportive, and non-judgmental experience through AI-based automated responses. The service does not provide professional, emotional, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice of any kind.

2. Nature of Responses

• All responses on the platform are automated.
• There are no human responses.
• There is no personal, emotional, romantic, or therapeutic connection between the system and the user.
• Responses are intended for encouragement, positive reinforcement, and empowerment only.

3. User Responsibility

The user agrees that:

• They will not rely on the responses as professional advice.
• They will not upload offensive, violent, threatening, sexual, or illegal content.
• They will not attempt to hack, disrupt, or modify the system.

4. Limitation of Liability

SafeMind is not responsible for:

• Decisions the user makes following the system's responses.
• Emotional, financial, or other damage resulting from use of the service.
• Content uploaded by the user.

5. Privacy and Security

• The system does not collect sensitive information.
• No information is shared with third parties.
• There is no use of Tracking, Analytics, or non-essential Cookies.
• All input is filtered to prevent code injection (XSS, SQLi, etc.).

6. Prohibition of Emotional Attachment

The service is not intended to create a personal, emotional, or romantic connection. The system does not "admire," "fall in love," or create the illusion of a human connection.

7. Changes to the Service

SafeMind reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and algorithms are the property of SafeMind.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction is granted to the courts in the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
